I have a 1995 model. Had it serviced annually in the 90's. I use it maybe once a year now and go no deeper then 20ft. in local lake. Still worked two years ago. Do they still have service kits for these? Its been stored all this time in my climate controlled room. What does time degrade on these?

Looks like there are still Service Kits for the SRB3700 available, Order Number 4000-15
If you don't use the reg often and it is stored well, why don't you just give it to a shop for check?
There are hardly any parts which degrade in two years when just laying in the closet.
