OMS SS or alum backplate?

My dealings were directly with someone who said he was the manager of OMS regarding a wing that fell apart with less than 100 dives. He was unhelpful, hostile, wouldn't return messages or e-mails, and downright rude.

After you posted this information in another thread I did some checking. They do have issues there but I think it's more of a understaffed kind of thing. They will take care of it but not very fast. Well that's what I found out talking with a few shops and owners that had issues. It might have changed my mind on my main rig but I do have many items from OMS. The slipstream fins are very nice and diving wet I like the thigh pocket. I also tested the little back up light they make and it out performed high dollar units. To bad about you issues with them.
