Hi. I'm considering a canister light as a supplement to my Focus 2.0 (Great light, but sometimes I really miss having some light around the spot, and on wide it is rather weak). I want something with a very defined and focused center spot, but with the addition of an surrendering outer light (not too much, but some).

At the moment I am considering the Ammonite Solaris Nextgen or the Gralmarine 3XML-2.
On paper they look the same, but that does not always apply to reality. It is very important for me to have a well defined center spot for communication. I have Ammonite heating batteries at the moment, so leaning in that direction..
Do anyone have any experience with any or both of those lights?
