I just realized I did not link this months issue to Pacific Northwest Diver E Magazine. It's a great bimonthly read that focuses on west coast photography and videography featuring divers from Oregon, Wash, BC and Alaska and produced by local divers.

Good article by you in that one on the historic underwater filmmakers. It's hard to imagine the money/effort/technology that went into their first film for the probably crappy results. Imagine if you could travel back in time with a $200 GoPro. There would be stunned audiences filling theaters across the globe.
 
Yep. Try to watch the original 20000 leagues beneath the sea. It's almost painful yet it was a technological marvel for its time.
