Pacific Star!!

I am so stoked right now, finally going to get wet, I have been landlocked for 2 months, argh. Just got the call from the Pacific Star that we are a go this Friday night. TIME FOR A LITTLE BUG HUNT OFF PV. Best part is there are only 10 people signed up so this is going to be a great trip with pleanty of elbow room.

Of course the "downside" is that the water temp has dipped below 60 so I am going to have to switch to the 7 mil, drats, and wear a hood. It has been colder than a well diggers a$$ lately at night also.

Also got the word today that work will be shutting down 12/21 for the hlidays. Don't have to go back to work til 1/2. Anybody want to get together and get their toes wet in some "warm water" diving here in socal. Catalina, Malibu, Redondo, Laguna or even travel to San Diego for some wreck dives?

Pacific Star just called and cancelled the boat trip for tonight due to mechanical failures. Sure Sure Sure.

I have been sitting here in my office all day looking at my gear over in the corner visualizing all these cockroaches that were going to be just running into my arms (something like the women do, you know ) watching the clock - 1/2 hour to go and I'm on my way.

It is 80 degrees today!! Warmest day in along time.

Oh well, now I have to wait until sunday morning, going to Laguna for a couple of beaches at Fisherman's Cove.

Sorry to hear about your canceled boat dives this weekend. Must be a bummer. I'm sure all those bugs will be miss that one-way express trip to your stove, too.

However, have a great time on Sunday - any dives must be better than no dives at all!
