It happens.. although chances are slim.. I had one last week started free flowing at 70 ft... Keep in mouth and breath when needed... Blew through 3000psi in about 5 minutes

Nope,airpressure will be to low in your backup.
Again try this in a pool or shallow water,keep your reg in place,purge the backup and notice the difference.Now imagian your at 100ft.
