On trips, we rinse all of our gear in the shower and hang it out to dry each day. When we get home, everything goes in the tub with wetsuit shampoo and the "stink-out" liquid and soaks for 24 hours. Then the tub is drained and fresh water is put in the everything soaks for about 12 hours. We have a big tree in the backyard that we hang the gear on when it comes out of the tub. We never use the dunk tanks at a resort. They don't make much sense to me since we'd be dunking our stuff in water that has become very salty. Plus, don't we all pee in our wetsuits? Ugh...dunking my gear in a tank just gives me the weebees!
