Kompressor, having dived a lot in Norway, from Narvik in the north to Kristiansand in the south - I live in Sweden - I can tell you that the world's best diving is NOT in Norway. Norway probably has the best diving in Europe but British Columbia has the world's best cold-water (scenic) diving according to Cousteau - and me
I've been there three times and can't wait to go back. Norway cannot compare as far as scenic diving is concerned. I have many Swedish friends that have dived in both countries extensively and agree with me. Sorry!
