The next urchin removal dive is coming up this Sunday, November 19th, 2023
Mark your calendar.
Location: Stillwater Cove, Sonoma County.
Meet time 9:00 AM at the picnic tables.
If you’re a first timer you will need to fill out a waiver form.
Some things you will need:
A valid CA fishing license.
A large green game bag with a double ender bolt snap. Or multiple bags if you have them. It is possible to fill several bags on one dive.
You will need a lift bag with a large double ender bolt snap to float the full bags to the surface and to the beach.
A small hand held gardening rake works really well, make sure it has a lanyard.
We will provide all the containers needed and we will deal with the urchins. All you need to do is show up with two tanks, your dive kit, and your energy to work.
