Hi everyone

I'm an independent researcher and a keen scuba diver, and I'm currently undertaking a survey about the impact that scuba diving has on people's lives.

I'd be ever so grateful if you could take a few minutes to fill it in. It is intended that an article will be published discussing the findings from this survey. However, please be assured that all of your answers will remain anonymous, and the survey won’t ask for your name at any point.

Done quick and easy

Done. Will you provide a link to the article when it is written?

one more participant done - also interested in a link to the story later.

done, but a bone to pick. no way to check off any tech certs? so i'm listed as 'aow' when i'm 'full cave'? because i don't have rescue. whine whine whine.

Done.

Assume dive leader = divemaster. I actually only was a "dive leader" once and he paid me $30 for gas if that counts.

+1, Full Cave+Trimix here. Also, why 10 year increments on age, and then just "55+"? l'm "65+" and plan to still be diving when I'm "75+".
