Racine, WI Area Training Locations

I am looking for easy training spots. The Racine Quarry is a mess, so that's out. Finding local pool time has been a bust. So, I'm thinking Lake Michigan, Racine has some nice beaches, not sure how far out we would have to go to get 12-15 ft of water. The goal is to get brother-in-law, nephew and son some refresher dives and me some cold water experience. I'm still in the trying equipment/saving money so I can buy gear. So we have 2 sets of gear (BIL & neph's), probably will need to get more wetsuits somewhere too.

Any ideas/suggestions on locations shops with pools, and rental options?
