Ray @ videoclip - but what kind of ray?

Hi,
I would be happy to get help to recognize what is this ray which I recorded couple of weeks ago @ Red sea (Straits of Tiran).
The upper side was totally black, thus according to my understanding this is not an ealge ray. But what specie it is?

Maybe a manta, I know it looks similar to ones I have seen in cabo.

It is an eagle ray without many markings on its back. Normally they have spots or a beauiful pattern but this one appears to just be black.

I think it is Spotted Eagle Ray! Few weeks ago I saw one, almost 2 meters wide at Far Garden, Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt. I did some movies with my naked (no UW housing) Panasonic DMC-TS3 (FT3), while snorkeling and freediving, in this case max. 7 meters deep:
