Yes it is weight integrated. It has the Zeagle ripcord release side weight pockets and two velcro release rear weight system pockets for trim purposes.

AND if you prefer to use a weight belt, you can always use the zippered weight pockets as regular pockets for keeping stuff!!

A little weight in the pockets is a good thing... or a steel tank, it balances the BC nicely. You can still wear a belt with the rest of the weight if you want, but few women have long enough torsos for that, and most hate weight belts anyway.
