Rear inflation BCD Question

....................one thing you can try is put some weight on your tank (cut down weight belt or similar) this puts the weight further back, putting the centre of balance further back, and should help keep you upright.

Another idea is maybe to lie back,this way, you are floating on your back, and wont be pushed forward, but you will still be floating on top of the BC.

Assuming you got your weight right...............I am with Zeeman's suggestion.
 
Another weighting trick is to rig your tank so it is higher on the bc, just not too high that you hit your head on the valve. This will shift some of the weight up, away from your waist.
 
I don't know what other buoyancy you carry. When diving a wetsuit, that should place a lot of buoyancy around your centre of gravity (waist level) this will float you up. When using a steel tank or an aluminium tank with a small weight attached this will be slightly negative at the end of the dive, so it will pull back, again raising your front. In a normal single tank setup with wetsuit then the most critical factor is indeed your weight belt. You shoul not need more than approx. 6kg. In this config. it should also be possible to inflate your BC and control it leaning back without having this sensation of being pushed forward. So: lose as much weight from the belt as possible and use some weight or a steel tank behind you. The whole system is not as stable as with a lot of air more to your front, but as said it's what you prefer, a free chest/waist area and good position under water or more comfort on the surface.
