I would recommend arranging transport on your own. The guy I used was excellent, reliable, punctual, and didn't have to wait around for everyone else to get ready to go.
Lounge wise I was not able to get in to the very nice Turkish airlines lounge (only for top level UA flyers) so I went to the Ptimeclass lounge, lower level below the food court. Totally ok, comfortable, food , drinks and internet included. It was free with Pre,ire pass card (that I got with Amex platinum) but you could just pay $27 for a 4 hour pass. I stayed there from 4pm to midnight so I assume they are open around the clock.
