Saba is having a drought. They are actually shipping in water right now. A quick rinse is all I expected.

Also, I believe the Saba Marine Park requires a certified guide in the water at all times (like Cozumel), but after the first day, we didn't have to follow them around (I'm not terribly good at following a dive guy) even on the first dive of the day.

Who's your crew? We had Tom, Troy and Kat with Kelly filling in on days off.

They let us do our own thing and go off by ourselves. The follow me dives were a Sea Saba management thing and it was only for Diamond Rock, The Outer Limits, and Third Encounter. It was just funny because they say that but then on the other hand they basically allow solo diving.

The gear rinse had nothing to do with the water shortage. They just don't do it. I asked Lynn and she said that the water at the harbor is not cistern based and they can use water they need. They just don't provide gear rinses or dunk tanks. But the crew kept telling us that they would dunk the gear at the end of the day. I don't care, I was just a little annoyed that the crew didn't seem to know what they were actually doing about rinses.

Our crew were all the same you had. Very nice bunch.
