One owner, fresh water use only, bought in 2008. Actual burn time was 7.5 hours in a burn test last week. This was my main cave light and I've used it belt mount for doubles and butt mount for sidemount.

Canister is 2 3/8 in diameter, 12.5 inch length
Batteries are Li-Ion 11.1V 4.4 Ah
2 AC chargers and 2 auto chargers
Soft Goodman handle

Asking $475.

If you need a brighter light, Sartek is running a special for an upgrade to a 1000 lumen LED head:

Trade in any light head, working or not, for a Sartek LED1000 Light Head. The LED1000 produces 1000 lumens (equivalent to a 18-21 watt HID) @ 6000 degrees K with a tight spot of 8 degrees. $295 + shipping (labor and testing included).

Isn't the regular price for an LED head $300? Or is it not as simple as just plugging in the new head.

Early last year they quoted $400 for the upgrade so at some point they dropped the price. Plus my light is hard-wired, not a connector, so they would wire it and test it.

Compared to the 1100 lumen (21W) Light Monkey at $1280. or the 750 lumen (12W) Light Monkey for $780., this Sartek with a new 1000 lumen head would equate to 19W at a total cost less than the 12W Light Monkey.

- Is it still for sale?
- Are the mains chargers input (auto)switchable (110/220V)?
- is the HID ballast located in the head or in the canister?
- Is shipping to the Netherlands an option you would consider? (and what would this approximately cost)

Regards,
Patrick
