Hi All:
For those who are dealing with the failure of IR data transfers in Windows 10 due to Microsoft's dropping the infra red stack, I posted my work around in the dive computer forum:

This will not work for folks who want to remain on Windows, but since I use both Microsoft and Apple computers, this approach worked for me.
