Scubapro R295 nyloc nut

Hello.
I've been trying to get that nyloc nut out of an R295. The documentation I have for an R190/R290 refers to a 1/4" nut driver to remove that nut. Is the R295 different and has a 6mm nut instead?
I like buying tools, but don't want to overspend on tools I don't need. The thin wall 1/4 nut driver did not fit at all.

Answering my own question... pulled the nut of out the parts kit, it is 1/4". Just realized there was a spring pulling in the nut in the housing of the valve!
