- Just got a new OCi this week.
- Came home and installed OceanLog as downloaded from Oceanic website, also installed proper Drivers.
- Tried to connect between Desktop computer and Dive computer - Failed.
- Uninstalled software - uninstalled drivers - reinstalled software - reinstalled drivers.
- Tried to connect between Desktop computer and Dive computer - Failed.
- Uninstalled software - uninstalled drivers - reinstalled software - reinstalled drivers - rebooted computer.

- Called Oceanic helpdesk and talked to nice young man.
- He asked if all downloads were done using Internet Explorer.
- Answer - Yes.
- Suggests that I uninstall software - uninstall drivers.
- Open browser using Chrome or Firefox then download and reinstall software and drivers.
- Works like a charm, now.

- Great computer.
- Bad Internet Explorer.
