mntdiver, thats a big bug, I bet it tasted good. I know if I got one that big ever, i would be stuck somewhere in between wondering if i should let it go or boiled or broiled.

I gave that alot of thought. I looked up all sorts of recipes. Finally, I just broke out the turkey fryer and boiled it. Three diners an a lunch. And there was a little guilt... All the way up to the melted butter...
