SMS 75 Sizing

Is there anyone that knows the differences in the sizing on the SMS 75. The waist and crotch straps are just adjustable 2" webbing so I am confused why there are any sizes at all.

What is difference between the sizes?

I assume the SMS75 changes same way a normal BC changes in size. The SMS75 isn't a pure harness system. It has a lot of traditional BC style components (shoulder straps/pads, a backplate thing, etc.).

I believe the sizing goes Sm/ MD, Lg/Xl & maybe Xxl. Not 100℅ on the third sizing, it has been a while. I tried on a Lg/Xl & with all the adjustable straps pulled all the way tight, there was still a lot of " wiggle room", so I ordered the Sm/MD & it fit very well. Even with my Drysuit & thick undies, there was still plenty of room. I'm female, 5'6" & 165 lbs, if that helps at all.
