I am not an expert in the jump but I believe that the best site is the Galapagos Islands you will be capable there of enjoying the best landscapes under the sea

Chincoteague VA - lots of wrecks; Monroe is a favorite
Virginia Beach VA - wrecks; Ocean Venture and Eureka as favorites
Oregon Inlet NC - wrecks; Bryon D. Benson and San Delphino as favorites
Hatteras NC - wrecks; EM Clark, USS Monitor (when NOAA allowed permits), & others
Ocracoke NC - wrecks; Proteus, British Splendor, and Manuela favorites
Morehead City NC - wrecks; Atlas and Shurz favorites
Wrightsville Beach NC - wrecks
Southport NC - wrecks
WPB, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami FL - wrecks
