Split fins.... YES or NO

Jet fins are just OK IMO. Very good control but that's it. Now I dive with a pair of Mares Avanti Quattro's. I also have a pair of Twin Jet. If you often go to beach dive and you have long long surface swim, I recommend split fins or Volo. Cave or wreck diving, no way.

I found splits a real pain on surface swims but better submerged. You find them Ok for that?
