I'm a Fish!
A couple of us were out yesterday spotting for Cobia, trolling a couple of lines, and drinking some cold ones when we spotted what we thought was a cobia. I threw on my freediving gear, and loaded the Riffe and jumped in. The fish ran to about 25 feet and I realized what I was seeing, a sunfish. I've seen them before, but never in that close and never up that close. I swam with it for about 5 minutes, until he tired of me and he swam away.
Other than that, all we came back with yesterday was the sunfish story and empty fuel tanks and coolers. Good day all around.

Fintip to fintip, I would say about 6 feet or my armspan.

Very cool! I've seen one less than a mile out of the pass in Destin, it dove deep(ish) before I could get my snorkel gear on :p
