Many people who have seen the goal don't have any recollection of it. I wonder why it doesn't get as much publicity as Maradona's. I mean, the goal was officially voted to be the 6th best of all-time by FIFA.

Because the Saudi that scored it was not the publicity-seeking hound that Maradona was, and still is to an extent.
