I dived most of the islands in the Mediterranean Sea , Andaman Sea and the Red Sea.Not always to the same places that are important dive ..need to dive diffferent countiries and different places.. I will inivite you next time. I hope we dives together. I wish you success in business.

Great meeting will be 1 week 22th june.27 vintage equipment divers coming to the meeting .This not just a meeting it's a real island diving.. Our water is not too hot even in the cold include ..which ultimately flows around ..but we're diving in at a location near the bay ..For those who want to dive deeper still have made a separate group..I'm the leader of this group.. formerly engaged in lobster cavity now empty ..in spite of everything a candidate to dive in the middle of the Marmara Sea is an exciting..
If we do it again late summer at september first week you would wellcome.. Turkish hospitality, unique scenery and you can taste our food. 10325310_10152490210444314_6973917474257878917_n.jpg 10374902_10152441820017287_2308654807617172991_n.jpg 10406927_10152421765012287_402865508441369529_n.jpg 10300162_10152421773317287_3052807669944017790_n.jpg

Rize is a land of tea.

This meeting would be second vintage scuba diving in 2014. We dive into the sunken Coast Guard boat at 55 feet.Equipments must be vintage (only new suit possible). We will give the equipment to foreigners. It is not a commercial diving. Diving and eating are our show honour to you.

Thanks to Mr.
Osman Yaşar Kulaç inviting everbody for a wreck dive in his magnificent city of Rize in the black sea.
Merci a M. Osman Yaşar Kulaç qui invite pour une plongee sur une epave qui se trouve dans sa magnifique ville de Rize sur la mer noire.

Your posts and pictures verify that vintage diving is an universal activity with out borders.

The pictures of the divers in vintage equipment with their smiling faces could have been photographed any where in the world; California to Turkey and all points in between.

In the late 1950s and early 1960s I dove with a real pioneer diver, John D. Craig who was the author of the 1938 best selling diving book, "Danger is my business." On Novinger 1, 1962 I asked John to sign the book for me, he inscribed it "From one lousy diver to another." John passed away exactly seventeen years ago on August 1, 1997, he was 90 years old

And from a "lousy diver" from the past, of the present and hopefully for the future I send you congratulations for all you are doing to promote vintage diving in Turkey

Rainy and windy day we dived 55 feet into sunken coast guard boat . 3-4 intensity currents and wind were the most important handicap.
Despite the extremely difficult conditions for a vintage diving can say that we had an enjoyable day.
Over the remains of sunken ships were cleaned beer bottles and some fishing nets.
9 men and 2 women divers we've struggled with both currents and have tested our double hose regulators. Royal Mistral ,Mistral, Royal Aqua Master , Drager and Nemrod worked without problems.
Sunken boat house was dark but quite not current some little Black Sea fishes living.
Our vintage diving career we want to continue snowing in winter . The most pleasing aspect Vintage Divers came 1200 km for diving . Vintage Diving in provinces outside Istanbul's gratifying to be done.
During the summer season we do expect divers from other countries.
