I've been there several times, and you can do some nice shore dives off the east side of the harbor - there is a platform for gear and a easy water entry. Last time I went ( about 6 years ago ) we had 60ft. vis on the shore dive. We used G&S watersports for boat diving and I had my 17yr old son with me and we stayed at a camp ground near by and tented it. Some one has made the comment its cold water in June and he is right - try July or August, it was 60F at 60ft in August - of course 43F below that. If you stay in one of the motels there you have to have a reservation along time ahead because they are booked up in the summer. The "flower pot " formations are cool.
Dive safe,
Caymaniac
