I booked through Houston this time. It is similarly priced, a little less, but I'll have a place to leave my truck (I've booked 12 days this time, so parking would add up), and the flight is direct, so there is not waiting at layovers in other airports, and no flights to have to worry about connecting. I'm not ready for the bag drag. Maybe someday. Unless a savings is significant, I have to add in what I think my time is worth for the added hours and hassles... Now the next countdown begins. I am anxious.

^^^^^ someone is becoming a Cozaholic !! check out Matrix.com for flights. Dandy Don got me started on Matrix...and I use it all the time. Saves lots of time trying to find all the airline flights on your own. Once you get use to using it, it can save you money, too. For example, if you choose an American Airline flight... pick your dates..then go to AAvacations.com and check out their total hotel/air package prices. You'll see where they are generally lower than most travel sites...and some travel agencies will meet their price(Apple Vacations is the one I use).Good luck and good diving to you in the future.

I have become quite enamored of the spot... I'll have to look at Matrix.com. I imagine I will try to book another trip as soon as I get home from this next one. I probably should diversify my diving locations, but... I haven't even been to all of the reefs in Cozumel, so I have a little more visiting to do...
