no loss, but no gain
 
I'm down to 181. Total of 10 pounds since July 1, and I feel fantastic.
 
I've lost 1 lb this week. Seems to be the norm for me. But I haven't been sticking to my exercise program. Good job everyone!
 
I would appreciate it if everyone would list what they had lost from the previous week as I am not keeping track of everyone's progress. It is great to hear how you have done but I also need what you have lost each week.
