Ok I'm stumped. I've got a set of xs scuba turtle fins, and a set of spring straps. How do I remove the rubber straps from the turtle fins? They're crimped on or something.

Gently take a drill to the end of the pins, it is soft metal, and you can drill one side out. Pair of channel locks, and a little elbow grease does the rest.

I just used a pair of wire cutters.

Hello zbskii:
A drill motor or other power tool is not required. Just use a descent quality pair of side cutters. Cut the top of the pin just below the buckle.

I don't own any side cutters so I tried the drill method. I was skeptical at first, but it works really well.
