I'm pretty sure its active. Last winter I was in a class with someone who was diving with the club (i should have gotten his name). And just this past spring I was pulled over for not having a light on my license plate (classic car anyone?) and the cop even mentioned something about the club and how he was involved with it. (I have a dive sticker on the back of my apparently stolen-looking car)
