UEMIS bancruptcy - filing claims deadline

I have read that deadline for filing claims with bancruptcy court is 08/15/2011. Does anybody have name or address of lawyer handling this proceedings?

I have sent an email requesting information to this address - got no response so far.

I have sent multiple emails to the lawyer informing her of my defective UEMIS that is under warranty and that I have a claim for repair and replacement, I have not gotten any replies.

I would not expect any. My unit was sent to them just before the bancruptcy and sent back still broken. I think thay have bad batteries batch and this is why the units are failing. I have changed battery in mine and it came back to life - please see my thread on battery replacement.

Mine seems to have a problem with the depth sensor.
