Never saw this before someone forwarded me this YouTube video. Seems totally useless though
I've used one a few times. They are kind of fun, but do use up some air.

When I've used them it was while doing Scuba shows at a marine hospital/aquarium. Just something fun for the guests, and also pretty fun for the divers. Most recently we were doing interactive shows where the audience would gather on the other side of a large acrylic window. We would start by just playing around and shooting the bubble guns at each other, and at the guests. It's actually kind of neat when the bubble hits the acrylic window. As the forward momentum is stopped, the bubble just rapidly grows.

It's fun, but I wouldn't buy one.
