Underwater Dive Tablet Specialist. 4 Dives, 2 classroom hours, $350. You have to handle a simulated tablet failure, share tablets, and write a small thesis on when it's appropriate to use one.

Jokes aside, pretty cool.

What good is a tablet that's only good to 25m/80ft if you're to use it on deco? Needs to be at least rated to 100m (esp for ~$2500).

80 feet @ 1.4 gives you 11 minutes of deco after 2:09 of bottom time (and 100% of CNS)
80 feet @ 1.3 gives you 20 minutes of deco after 2:40 of bottom time (and 100% of CNS)
80 feet @ 1.2 gives you 29 minutes of deco after 3:00 of bottom time (and 100% of CNS) - getting there...

Those are some long dives with not much obligation. I guess you could clip it to the line and hope it's there when you get back... maybe interesting for a long cave dive...

You ask shallow support to bring it for you

Leave it hanging in the deco stop bar, so as with your deco tank. When you come up to the deco stop, you can take it and play solitaire or any other game that does not require an Internet connection.

Where we do our biggest dives, in rapidly changing 0-3 knots of current, 60 miles offshore, we take everything with us. Not a viable solution here I'm afraid. Best thing I've seen so far was the MP3 player that was rated to 100m, but that's out of production now and the headphones aren't as robust as they could be.
