Hi
I`m planning to build a new fill station panel from my 300bar air bank with 2 fill whips, one 230bar and one 300bar (pressure regulator between). What type and brands of valves can you recommend ? Lever valves or needle valves ?

Rjack is right, mostly we use the Sherwood panel valves, but the ones with the thread an nuts for panel mounting if you are going to put a fancy stainless cover on your panel: Scuba Compressor

Oxygen, however for partial pressure filling through your panel should be a needle valve, Hoke, Parker and Swagelok make suitably clean versions with PTFE or FKM seats.
