5 years ago, when I started dating my wife, we made a trip out to Kona to get her certified with Kona Diving Company. Our first dive together after her OW cert was the Mana Ray Night dive with KDC. Not surprisingly she was hooked. >150 dives later and after several dive trips all over the world, we ended up back in Kona last month to get married. Of course we had to take several of our friends and family out to the manta ray dive with KDC to see where it all began.

Enjoy the video!

Awesome video!! thanks for sharing

awesome! I'm definitely doing this in Dec. How was Kona diving company?

Great video. My wife and I did that dive in late August. It was a great experience. Wish my video had turned out as good as yours.

Tooez, Kona Diving Company is pretty much the best dive op I have ever been with. They are pretty much a destination for my wife and I. All our friends we send their way end up becoming habitual KDC divers as well!

Here is another video with them I made a year earlier:

That looked like an awesome experience. You got really clear water and a bunch of rays! Fantastic!

I must comment though that that I think that must be the most people I've ever seen under water at one time. How many divers do you estimate were down there? 30? 40? Wow! How about rays? Double digits maybe?
