Viking River Cruises - Your experience

OK, I know there's no diving from a Viking River Cruise, but we are in the long range planning stage and would like some first-hand experience feedback from anyone who has taken a European river cruise with Viking.

Please be sure to include your beginning and ending ports, your opinion of the accommodations, the food, general comfort, and allotted sight-seeing stops/time.
