I have a new VT4.1, and I am trying to get it to be able to use the same transmitter as my Datamask so I don't have to track multiple transmitters. I've got the serial number set into the Vt 4.1, but it doesn't wan to display the pressure from transmitter 2, only 1. How do I get the VT4.1 to switch to display transmitter 2's pressure, I cannot find it in the operating manual.

Thanks,

Ken

You cannot. Version 4.0 could but Oceanic got sued and lost over the tracking of multiple transmitters, therefore, they released version 4.1 that removes that feature. Thank you for your purchase nevertheless. Please buy another oceanic computer to track that pesky second transmitter. God bless.

I'm a little confused... If you are using the data mask transmitter and have it paired with the data mask, that transmitter for the data mask is #1. If you subsequently pair the VT4 with the data mask transmitter, that is transmitter #1 for the VT4 as well. If you are using more than one transmitter and can't pair with more than one on the VT4, you SOL.

Any number of computers and pair with a single transmitter as long as the computer knows which transmitter to look for. I had an Aeris Epic that worked that way and it would pair with multiples as long as I setup the SN in the table. The Galileo Sol I have will pair with out data tables - select which #, gas type and touch with the gas on.

If you have a VT 4.0 with a serial from 1-5000 it is a VT 4.0, 5001 and above it is a 4.1.

4.1 does not have buddy check feature.
