Last I heard it was. The quarry near Montreal too.

Humber Bay and Welland apparently open. My dive group will be starting at Humber this Saturday July 18 and diving each Saturday all summer.

Parks of the St Lawrence have decided that Lock 21 and the Bird Sanctuary are closed for 2020.
