I tried it once, but its just too tall and hot. ended up buying a Bare. It was pressure tested at the shop before I bought it ( used). comes with Si-Tech wrist and neck quick change seal system. new latex seals and a spare set of silicone seals. New light monkey P-valve. I have the same suit and it fits easily between 5' 08" - 6' 4" 240# with cold water undies (38*F water)

height is good, but it might end up being a bit baggy. you probably would fit better at the L/XL size.

should be the perfect size as mine is the same size and I'm 5'8" 200 pounds and mine is a bit baggy, any smaller and the shoulders were to tight.
