It fits just with no undergarments.

The Fusion suits switched from Whites to Aqualung in 2015 if I recall correctly.

Surprised that at 5'10"180 the OP does not fit this suit. at that height and weight the 2xl/3xl version would be huge.

I have a 2018 Fusion Bullet 2xl/3xl and took the skin off and hung up and inflated the core of the suit to find a seam leak in the heels a few years ago (core was replaced under warranty)...I was amazed by how gargantuan the core of the suit was.

I am 5'10" and when I purchased my suit I weighed between 230lbs and 240lbs, I dropped 50lbs the year after purchasing it and felt I would have been better off in the L/XL but could not justify the expense of a 2nd suit at the time.

I'm about the same weight but 6'0", so if it sounds like that would definingly be too small for me, unfortunately.

At 6'0" you would fit but be at the upper height limit of the L/XL model fusion bullet.

I'm 5'9" and 200lbs and this suit fits me. Medium undergarments? Are you sure its not the undergarments that are not sized correctly or maybe a different brand undergarment would work.
