Will chlorine kill puffer fish bacteria?

I would go with the vingar, it will rinse out clean from your gear, whereas meat tendizer is usually a granular substance.

Vingar will kill the bacteria as well if the fresh water rinse did not.

Dont discount a good soap & water wash. Especially if anything you are trying to get rid of is oil based. The lye in the soap will break it down.
