Aren't the new signs for those born in 2009 or later? If so, I don't think Pete qualifies. There has been talk for decades about the signs being off, though, so I'm confused. The new sign, Ophiuchus, was one of the original 13 signs but was not used. Astrology using 13 constellations is Vedic/sidereal astrology, not Western tropical geocentric astrology that you typically read about in newspapers, horoscopes, etc. So it isn't news, it's a different type of astrology that's existed for thousands of years, but not mainstream.

I'm even more confused because I might now be an Ophiuchus instead of Sagitarrius, the only sign linked to an actual man. It is based on Imhotep, the first healer from Egypt. The sign for Ophiuchus is the snake/serpent, which is still used for medicine today.

It will be interesting to see what this "new" astrology brings...
