Raja Ampat is one of the world's most iconic dive destinations...just dive in and you'll see why it's so beloved! Vibrant reefs decorate the ocean floor, and unrivaled biodiversity makes every dive a scavenger hunt for the most fascinating ocean creatures. From tiny nudibranchs to enormous oceanic manta rays, Raja Ampat is home to many of the rarest and most beautiful animals in our oceans.

To get the full Indonesia experience, diving from a Phinisi-style vessel is a must. The charming wooden accommodations of All Star Aurora offer a comfortable immersion into Indonesia's history and culture. A world-class crew and excellent dining are icing just on the cake when you're enjoying this luxurious vessel and impressive diving!

All Star Aurora spends nearly the entire year in Raja Ampat, so you don't have to compromise on your itinerary. We also offer a few departures with unique itineraries each year for divers who want to experience a longer trip to even more remote areas of the Indonesian archipelago. Among these special itineraries, we offer Lembeh to Raja Ampat, Lembeh to Halmahera, and even Banda Sea to Triton Bay.

On most Raja Ampat trips, we visit the highly regard reefs in Misool. This area is widely considered the best diving in Raja Ampat, so it's clear that this is a very special place! Read more about diving in Misool in this blog:

For divers with a passion for conservation, take a look at our Manta Trust trip on All Star Aurora departing February 13, 2024! On this 9-night exploration of Raja Ampat, you can provide hands-on assistance to conservation efforts by photographing manta rays. The underside of every manta is like a fingerprint, so the photos you take will be used to identify and study individuals as they travel through Indonesia.

By learning the migratory routes these amazing animals take, we become able to protect those waters as they pass through. Fishing is a massive threat to manta ray populations, so this is an important job! Join us on All Star Aurora to help out on the Feb. 13, 2024 Manta Trust trip!
