Ok, I really don't think I'm doing anything wrong but i'm trying to replace the battery and the hatch is not turning anymore than 2 degrees or such. I've even got my air can out if theres any sand or something lodged in there... Any advice??????? Got a trip to Hawaii in three days! LOL
 
I have the same problem. Which way does it turn?
