Hi,

Does DEPP normally send out a reminder letter to let you know that your policy is going to expire soon? All other insurance companies I have dealt with do. I have only just realised my policy expired over a month ago and I haven't received anything from them. I'm glad that I picked up a bulging O-ring on my PT-15 the other weekend :11: or there could have been lots of tears (and more than a few angry words!)

There has been nothing on my credit card and no emails :( I've emailed them, so hopefully it will be all sorted out soon.
