Hello,
I currently own a scuba center. It has been running now for a long time. I have a blast at it but feel that there is a bigger calling for me in the scuba industry. I just haven't found it yet. I have a true passion for the sport and helping others grow in the industry. I would love to have the opportunity to travel to other dive shops, give advice, meet other diving professionals, etc. I guess I could say that I a currently "bored" at my scuba center. I do plan on maintaining ownership of my shop but am looking for an opportunity that would allow me to travel a little bit. I have considered looking for a sales rep position but am not sure if that is the answer or not. I also am highly envolved with a technology company and feel that my tech background would also be useful to the scuba industry. I have created a forum that allows scuba professionals a central place to collaborate. I was successful in getting hundreds of B2B's working together instead of cutting each other's throats all the time. Of course money is an issue, but not as important to me as being a part of making a positive impact in the diving community. I have learned that if you do what you love, money will follow. I have pasted my resume below. Please let me know your thoughts and what I might be qualified for. I guess I'm looking for a little direction here. I have considered totally giving up the technology industry because of the high stress level associated with it. Thanks for your thoughts.
