As of new procedures:
I carry:
pre rigged spool and smb left pocket
xtra double enders left pocket
wet notes right pocket
back up mask right pocket
back up spool right pocket

I have custom made "exploration" style pockets.
Left pocket: Halcyon Small Alert Marker + spool (100'); pre rigged.
Upper left zippered compartment: spare double enders.
Right pocket: wetnotes, EMT shears, spare mask (Oceanic Mini Shadow).
Upper right zippered compartment: Storm whistle, spool (if needed).
MC Storage Pak: Halcyon Big Alert Marker.
