i was wondering on a wetsuit does the water only get in through the wrist, ankles, collar or does it go through the neopren matereial

cheers mike

I depends on the material. Open cell tends to not crush at depth because it is porous. Closed cell tends to be drier.

The Rubatex suit I wear (from WetWear) is incredibly dry for a wet suit. It seals rather well on the ankles and wrists, albeit a bit looser around the neck. It's not their fault though. I have lost 10+ pounds since they fitted it for me.
